Rusty Sergent employs that same philosophy with Pro-Source Xtreme, a Northern Illinois firm that provides top-quality snowmobile apparel and accessories to snowmobilers throughout the region. Everything in business operation, from the top down, begins and ends with the customer, and Sergent understands that customer loyalty and business success would be impossible without that ever-so-integral client first approach. Customer service is just as important, if not more important, within the food service industry, which is why Russell Sergent places such a strong emphasis on that idea at his Rockford-based Quizno’s location.
